Anxiety disorder more info I dug up.

Some info. I thought might be interesting. About medications. But I need to add if you need the medications until you can get it together. Get yours stable then do it. nothing wrong there although for some it adds more problems.
But the problem get worse if you don't begin to get to the bottom of thing, just as soon as you get your second wind. But thats just my belief you have to decide on your own what you believe.
