fasting day one

Well the first day went well i snapped the rubber band 12 times and my son snapped it for me 5. I tried to explain its for negative thoughts or things I say Not for what you don't want to hear lolo. My son did great to and he's the greatest kid for doing it with me. Believe it or not I could have caved in once today but he pulled me out and said no. You see i went to the gym. They have Tv's on the machines and every 15 min. was three ads for food I had to unplug it HAHA. I got a birthday present and my act of kindness is I started making a bag for someone today. I'll get better at the acts of kindness. I had many things to do to day and was trying to get this thing rolling. I felt a little foggy at the end here and my energy dipped a little but that's normal the first few days. I may not have noticed if I'd been working and very bizzzy. But all in all I feel fine. We drank a lot of water and juice. and now it's detox tea and a movie. Well we have a movie to watch. Oh tip of the day when driving don't read all the food signs. It doesn't help although I didn't get hungry that made me think of food.

Juicing Club

I mean this I want to start a club. I am going to have a new phone line installed today. Well in addition to my other just for this and the blog and VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, COACH or CHEER LEADER. I'm not just talking my friends this is happening. I will post the number later as soon as I know it. I will be hurt if you don't joint and you will miss out on a good life. Stop setting back on the computer and at your house reading about other peoples lives. Thinking about changes and do it. I am thinking if I can get enough people to joint one or the other or both I would like to start a new blog. Well in addition to this one and everyone be on it we can help each other help others and report and log our path as we go on this little adventure of the life changes we will have together.

health, healthy, health here We Go.

I have a few things to say today. First if my fasting buddies are reading this and I'm sure you are. One thing I heard from one of you. I just keep telling my self I'm doing I just cant be fat any more. Wow honey this is not where your mind needs to be. Some how people believe there this head,( your mind) just setting on top of this vehicle,( your body) and just ridding around. Opps sorry wrong. Your mind, your thoughts, your head ist attached to it all. Fasting is a time of rest for your body. I know we have to work but the inside needs to rest. And if you do a thirty day fast I would love if you could take at least a week off some where in the middle of it. But that ok if you cant. Well its not ok it's life. The body goes into re pare mode on the third day. This is when we need to work on our into voice. You know the one that smart ass one that has all the side way comments you can't or shouldn't say out loud. Or the one that is trying to kill you. I cant quit smoking, I can run that far, I don't like going there. Giving up meat is going to kill me it's to hard.I'm going to tell the kids their chores but they wont do it. Every time I drive there I get every red light.I'm getting old. She's prettier then me. I wish I looked like that.I hate getting up early. I wish I didn't have to go to work. Lord knows there 1000 in there you listen to him all day. Well you can't turn him off but you can turn him around. Try the rubber band it your wrest. Snap it lightly when you do it. Lightly youll have 1000 and I dont want you to hurt your self.When I go there if I get a Red light I'll say a pray for someone random for every light. Wow isn't it cool how there are so many of us pretty people. Pretty in their own special way, then look at everyone that day and say in your head what makes them pretty. He has the prettiest smile. She has the greatest taste in shoes what ever. Look how much money I'll save not buying meat and my body is loving this break it takes a week or more for it to digest one helping of that heavy setting in my stomach crape. Its time to do your every day, one act of kindness and that, as Grandmother used to say needs to be kept to your self or it doesn't count. She said you can't claim the glory or it doesn't count.Take time, 15 min. a day, in a quite room or out side and just set there think of nothing this one will take days weeks even the 30 day to learn. Think and imagine your body repairing its self, turning back the clock, dumping all the toxic stuff we have encountered up until this point. I write this and you read but you need to do. It may seem silly that that inter dude.That guy is killing you, now do it. Oh yeh maybe a small list of kind things would be helpful. Now my son and I start today and I will report to you on how it goes. This time and this time alone I will list my acts of kindness and how many times I snap my rubber band. I hate listing my acts of kindness but I feel some need to understand. I wont list what I thought when I snapped the band because we all need to keep that man to our self and I think it would be counter productive for me to relive or remember it again, remember we are changing him.
Now when I say Juicing I mean Juicing not a blender. Drank 8 or more once as fast as you can live ya know then keep it cold and drank all day when I say all day I mean Duck Tape the bottle to you chest if you like drank, drank. Try to stay away from to much apple and carrot sweet if you can for at least the first two weeks. And remember you'll get better at this. Know one starts as the tennis pro when they pick up the ball.
This is why is said in an earlier blog post we should have a club and we could make this fun because it is. But we could get together and juice for each other at someones house. Play cards watch a movie share recipes or what ever girl talk or girl guy talk what have. oooow Yoga together. Meditation. Long walks quietly in the wood or at the lake oooow that's it. New thinks together not parties and excitement relax and reflective, peaceful with company. oooh sweet lets do it. I'm waiting for your calls if you don't call I'll get ya. Please do this for your self for the right reasons. Loosing weight if you need to is just a side affect that will happen as your body and mind repairs it's self it will start putting back together as god design you to be,,, before the world toxin crap came to be suck a burden on your body. He design you perfectly. It doesn't need your help to beat the heart or pump the blood or lose the pain or fix the allergies or pimples or hormones and more serious illnesses. All you need to do is get all the man made poisons , toxins and crap out so it can do what it can do all by it's self. Remember I love you.

Fifteen facts you probably never knew about vitamin D and sunlight exposure.
(Compiled by Mike Adams, based on an interview with Dr. Michael Holick, author, The UV Advantage) Vitamin D prevents osteoporosis, depression, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and even effects diabetes and obesity.   3. It is nearly impossible to get adequate amounts of vitamin D from your diet. Sunlight exposure is the only reliable way to generate vitamin D in your own body.
  4. A person would have to drink ten tall glasses of vitamin D fortified milk each day just to get minimum levels of vitamin D into their diet.
  5. The further you live from the equator, the longer exposure you need to the sun in order to generate vitamin D. Canada, the UK and most U.S. states are far from the equator.
  6. People with dark skin pigmentation may need 20 - 30 times as much exposure to sunlight as fair-skinned people to generate the same amount of vitamin D. That's why prostate cancer is epidemic among black men -- it's a simple, but widespread, sunlight deficiency.
  7. Sufficient levels of vitamin D are crucial for calcium absorption in your intestines. Without sufficient vitamin D, your body cannot absorb calcium, rendering calcium supplements useless.
  8. Chronic vitamin D deficiency cannot be reversed overnight: it takes months of vitamin D supplementation and sunlight exposure to rebuild the body's bones and nervous system.

Cyanocobalamin is a cheap, synthetic chemical made in a laboratory. It's virtually impossible for you to find this form in nature. Low-end vitamin manufacturers use it because it can be bought in bulk and added to products with claims that they "contain vitamin B-12!" What they don't tell you is that the vitamin is bound to a toxic, poisonous cyanide molecule that must then be removed from your body by your liver. Cyanocobalamin is also up to 100 times cheaper than the higher quality methylcobalamin which we'll talk about below.

Removing the cyanide molecule from the vitamin and then flushing it out of your body requires using up so-called "methyl groups" of molecules in your body that are needed to fight things like homocysteine (high levels cause heart disease). By taking low-quality cyanobalamin, you're actually stealing methyl groups from your body and making it do more work at the biochemical level. This uses up substances such as glutathione that are often in short supply anyway, potentially worsening your overall health situation rather than helping it. This is one of the reasons why low-grade vitamins may actually be worse for your body than taking nothing at all!


Cyanocobalamin, in summary, is a low-grade, low-quality and slightly toxic (cyanide) form of vitamin B-12 that's used by all the cheap vitamin manufacturers. I recommend avoiding it completely. It won't kill you to take it, of course, but there's a better solution for B-12.


The better choice: Methylcobalamin

"B12 is running low in my family tree. A couple of relatives have been regular at getting B12 shots. I never felt like I needed the shots, because I thought I could get by with red meat, liver and sublingual pills. I decided to try the patches just to see...
