This is for me BUT if it helps you thats even better.


Im not suffering from poor health but just like you i have things to fight from time to time. 

We all live in the same world and I never claim to be perfect. I do all this natural stuff and avoid as many things as i can. On a regular bases,but i will not be a slave to anything, nor should you.. Eat clean watch out for things educated your self on the things that go in or on your body. But if a friend comes to town and invites you out to dinner at a place they have been dying to go, go dont  be an ass about it.. Have a good time.your body was build to take some things.. my point in all this is not living only on  it. You cant live in a bubble. Sometimes people are so crazy,, its got to be one way or the other completely. Stop it!!! Thats why people fail. You need to enjoy your life dont be silly. and Dont judge other people nor make them feel inferior. But most of all dont be one of those high maintenance people that others hate being around. you can win anyone over to your life style (if that is what you wish to do) if they cant stand you and you never have fun..   Dont expect others to accommodate you. this is your choice. take things you can eat to partys and offer it to them..Dont make your host feel bad. Any way I'm off it. 


Anyone suffering from poor health needs to do these three things

(NaturalNews) In every case I've ever seen where unhealthy people with disease riddled bodies later became vibrantly healthy, they all had to do three things:
  1. They all had to completely get off of all drugs, including marijuana, caffeine, alcohol, any and all prescription drugs, and over the counter medications.
  2. They had to fix their gut.
  3. They had to totally change their diet, eliminating processed foods and eating lots of produce for the rest of their lives.

Eliminate drugs

You cannot be healthy while you put toxins into your body. It just doesn't work. This includes vaccines.
Injecting, inhaling, or ingesting chemicals and toxins into the body does not bring about health.

Every time you damage your body's DNA, you age. Chemicals made in laboratories damage the body's DNA. To a point, you can detoxify and undo most of the damage done by these substances. You can even reverse damage done to DNA. But at some level, every time you damage your body with chemicals, there is some permanency.

Don't smoke anything. Smoking introduces too many carcinogens. Smoking always adds toxins to the blood, making the blood thick and putting stress on the liver, kidneys, thyroid, adrenals, eyes, and reproductive organs.

Stimulants cause a reaction similar to an allergic reaction. This puts unneeded stress on the thyroid, the adrenals, and kidneys.

Alcohol acidifies the body, stresses the liver, and promotes Candida growth.

I'm not telling everyone that they should get off of all drugs. I am saying that you cannot ever truly be healthy while regularly using drugs.

Fix your gut

Every single person I've known who was sick had too much Candida overtaking their sick gut and wrecking havoc on their whole body. Gut health is the source of most and often all of the health issues people suffer from today.

Most people can repair their gut with proper diet and time, but detoxification protocol and supplements can speed up the process and are required for some people with severely damaged intestines. Look for a strong probiotic and a parasite killer.

Eat and drink right

If your gut is in poor health, you have to give up wheat to get well. Anyone with Candida overgrowth cannot properly digest wheat. Wheat and soy are almost always produced in ways that cause health problems when they are consumed. Soy and corn in packaged products are almost always GMO. Genetically Modified Organisms destroy gut health.

You also have to give up refined sugars and processed, packaged foods. Replace them with salads, lots of produce, and homecooked whole foods. Eat raw organic crushed garlic, turmeric, and black pepper with your food.

Eat lots of vegetables. Eat a wide variety of raw organic vegetables. Here are some of the benefits
of raw organic vegetables:
  • More enzymes
  • Feeds and promotes a healthy digestive ecosystem
  • Better digestion and assimilation of all nutrition
  • Strong, clean, light, and vibrant blood
  • Strong, very efficient immune system
Many of these benefits also come with eating fruit, but for anyone who is sick, fruit should be limited as the sugars do feed infection including Candida, bacteria, parasites, and yeast. Certain fruits are great for certain health issues, and fruits should not at all be avoided. They just need to be limited until the gut flora is working for you and not against you.

Cooked foods have some benefits as well, but the importance of enzymes is often overlooked. So eat raw every day.

juice roots

(NaturalNews) Root vegetables are exactly what the name implies - they are the root of the plant. Potatoes

Carrots

Sweet Potatoes

Cancer or what ever else !!

I dont mean the through you all a curve ball. But I'm not a Doc. so check all info. out and do what works for you.   This is an address That i sew with lots of info... now while I dont agree with all .. I only have my self and the people i know to go on.. if you check out this site be sure and investigate the Doc. and people who you are about to listen to. I believe in a JUICE Fast..DETOX everything.AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. minerals VERY important,,A liquid you can squirt in your water..  
Once again your body will tell the truth. test your ph now. Then balance it. Find some ones advise you would like to try then try it. Check your Ph 3 or 4 times a day. Because it is normal for it to jump around just a little.
Remember your body is full of toxins.. You soak them up eating , breathing and touching every day. Think of your organs as trash cans they need dumped. You have it coming at you so fast. You don't Fast you never turn it off. It takes your body sometimes seven days to digest meat. Dont forget your skin is the biggest organ. I just didnt tell everyone while i was working on me.Because they got up set that brought me down. You need to see your self healing.. Just like weight lifter see the muscle they are working on in their head so they can work and train each muscle. Anyway. trash in trash out.. you CANT be around toxic people for now. Dont watch news and read all the bad things going on not now. Watch funny shows.. feel good stuff.listen to claiming music.think about the good things. Yes you can be the freak that never worry's about anything... Because you are detoxing your mind as well....Cleaning house.top to bottom inside and out.
Now last but not least.. They all like to through around the C word tack it to everything.. So dont go crazy with that cancer word..EVery thing says help with cancer YOU'LL see what I mean ,,soon...    God made you perfect we are the ones that crewed it up CHEMICALS.. I ran a Pharmacy for 2 1/2 years my ex husband was in the army..Boy did I learn a lot. If you just get the stuff out. Just clean house,fast, and straighten your mind..Get all back in balance. Your perfect creators   *creation * will do as it was designed to and cure its self. Don't forget to go to the Doc. and get test. and see how its going. Because as i always say no one person has one answer for all people. If its the only way you can survive because nothing is working. Then stay alive with what ever it takes.  Then turn around and start trying again..Some peoples lives and insides are like a huge tangled knot and its not always easy to untangle. And you maybe able to by time with the chemicals. But that wont happen to you remember you are going to do this. Start a thankful book and a folder of the things you do and try or just want to remember,,like ph and everything you can think of....Like a book report. Some times I see patterns that way also you can see the path that lead to your answer. You'll under stand when you do it if not , years from now.
