 It is your body and every body is different so get a tablet and take notes. We need to be able to see patterns ,, no you will not remember all details and time line could be shady.
Now you can treat the symptoms if you must, to buy you some time.  But you must find the problem. Your body it talking to you. If you have to take any thing for the rest of your life then you have not gotten to the bottom for your problem and as sure as water finds a new path when blocked it will come to another problem. God do not creat you with a bottle for anything in your hand,, but man and he's creations ,,some thing has messed it up.
So now what can we do will I would like to address the many things I hear people dealing with at work.

Prostatitis: Hydrangea root can help to treat inflammation of the prostate and an enlarged prostate.
Description:
Hydrangea is a shrub that grows to about 10 feet high. It has clusters of white flowers that can also be colored. Hydrangea is native to the United States. The root is harvested in the fall.
Dosage:
As a tincture, take 2-4 ml 3 times daily.
As a decoction, boil 2 tsp of root in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Drink 3 times daily.
