So here is a little piece on the supplement thing.  I don't want us the buy things and it not be what it said it was on the bottle. But I don't want the Gov. in the business to much either. Don't  let them make it prescription. I have an Idea. We will get a lab of our own. Hire people that cant test and identify plant matter. All good health food shore can pay us to say we monitor them we randomly test each item they order in let say a 6 month period. If any of the companies test bad we send notice to the store. They put up a notice.They could have a contract that states they must refund a recall. When word gets out that people only buy what we approve. Company's that want the big bucks will comply.  Hey that almost the FDA,,, Shit see how easy it is. Please please remember this is not all supplements just a few (well a lot) bad apples. If you shop at whole Body, At whole foods Market. Someone there should be able to tell you about the fact that some people are scamming. They cant bad mouth anyone but they cant tell about the companies you can trust.That the best we have for now.  Hell, they can tell you,, all about the companies. Find that person. IF you are not satisfied calling the big office ask for an appt. on the phone or at the store, to ask your questions. Be respectful above all else. Please google thing. Write down notes.Write down questions to ask. Don't waste their time nor ask them to think for you. Know what your looking for. Ask what company they trust for that. And ask why do they trust them. Ask about their stuff, is it tested are you sure of their source. How do they harvest it. Who picks it. is it some random field hand in the wood picking it.So on you do it I know you can. You become the professional care taker/ bodyguard of your body,,like your the  president they wouldn't just let him put any old thing in his mouth  OH be quit I hear you thinking about Clinton and Monica please .Remember I said if you could live with nothing,, in the middle of know.Rely on no man to get by then your there,,,see why look at this, supplement thing.Grow the herb your self learn how to take them.
