Wow it's starting to look like good diet oh ya I let that fall away. It seems when Your totally stressed you throw your self on the couch and try not to cry.. In stead of cooking dinner or even taking the time to shop correctly. HAha will now it's the stress and me both that is killing this body. Why am I telling you well my friends because we are all guilty. I know I say dont live a slave to roles about food. Do your juice fast every year. eat right every day but if your friend ask you out,, go. But,,, just remember we can slide to the side of crap so easy then the good stuff so becomes the once and a while.Well here I am and I need to come back to the right side of the track. Stress is so deadly in so many ways. I know you too are under it so many are some how we just have to get away from it. Just dealing with it isn't working.
