I will post some more later This is what I have so far..
Morning sickness has been documented as early as 2000 B.C. by the ancient Egyptians. These days, more than half of pregnant American women suffer from nausea and/or vomiting of varying severity in their first trimester. It was once believed that morning sickness is psychological, but today's doctors emphasize that it is indeed a physical condition. Thus, women everywhere beg the question: what is the cure?
Unfortunately, there is no one particular remedy. Fairhaven Health; however, has recently introduced their new product - Pregease - to promote pregnancy wellness. The great news for mothers-to-be is that the supplement includes a combination of several proven ingredients that relieve symptoms of both morning sickness and heartburn.
Pregease is a multi-ingredient chewable tablet designed by a team of doctors and nutritionists. Suzanne Munson, director of product development at Fairhaven, adds that the supplement is made to taste good even when nauseous. Each tablet includes vitamins B6 and B12 (both of which have proved to reduce vomiting), calcium carbonate and brown seaweed powder (both are included in many over-the-counter heartburn and antacid products), ginger root and lemon balm (nausea reduction), and deglycyrrhizinated licorice root (soothes and heals the esophagus).
There is no known cause for morning sickness, though there are a number of theories, most of which centralize around an increase in hormones. For each one of the theories, there is a possible remedy, although response depends from woman to woman. For those not interested in taking a supplement, a solution can be found in some simple lifestyle changes.
It is a common suggestion to graze throughout the day instead of eating three meals. Some doctors recommend keeping crackers beside your bed to munch on before getting up in the morning. Those who believe in the effects of ancient Chinese medicine encourage giving acupuncture a try. Sucking on lemon drops or peppermint can offset nausea, as lemon and peppermint are known for soothing the stomach. Many, including the makers of Pregease, refer back to the old favorite: ginger. Ginger ale - pure, not those containing high fructose corn syrup - or certain teas are great sources.Whether sticking with oldies-but-goodies or opting for more modern treatments, the release of Pregease to the shelves is potentially the relief many pregnant women have been seeking. Be sure to check with your doctor before purchasing Pregease or starting your own remedial routine, and discuss what is the best plan for you.

Pharmaceutical medications are toxic and always cause harm; an unborn fetus is especially susceptible to the toxic effects of pharmaceuticals. It is especially important for pregnant women to avoid all pharmaceuticals during pregnancy. Numerous times a drug manufacturer has claimed that a drug is safe, only for it to be yanked off the market after it has caused serious harm. For example, the commonly prescribed morning sickness drug Bendectin was voluntarily pulled off the US market by its manufacturer following numerous lawsuits alleging that it caused birth defects. Unfortunately, the drug continues to be prescribed routinely in Europe as well as in Canada, where it is known as Diclectin. But what your doctor probably will not tell you is that there is a safe, non-toxic and effective solution for morning sickness: homeopathy.Herbal remedies such as ginger and peppermint tea are some of the most commonly recommended natural solutions for nausea during pregnancy. While these herbs may work for some women who have mild morning sickness, ginger and peppermint will not help a woman with severe morning sickness. Women with severe morning sickness can, however, benefit tremendously from homeopathy.
Homeopathy is a complete, natural system of medicine that is over 200 years old. It is immensely popular in many parts of the world, including Europe, India and South America. Homeopathy has no side effects, is non-toxic and can be used safely during pregnancy.
These are some of the most common homeopathic remedies for morning sickness:
Colchicum: This woman's morning sickness is worse after smelling food, especially cooking food. She vomits even at the thought of food. Her nausea is also worse from even the slightest movement.
Ipecacuanha: This woman has constant, persistent nausea. Even vomiting doesn't relieve the nausea and she feels worse when lying down.
Nux Vomica: Nausea is worse in the morning and from eating. The stomach is very sensitive to pressure. If necessary, Nux Vomica can be taken in alternation with Ipecacuanha.
Lacticum Acidum: Nausea is better after eating and worse from the smell of tobacco smoke. Her appetite is not affected, or she may have increased appetite.
Sepia: Nausea is worse in the morning. She is sensitive to odours and craves sour foods. She may be depressed and may regret the pregnancy.
Symphoricarpus: This is a good non-specific remedy for morning sickness if other remedies fail to give results. The nausea is worse after any motion with aversion to all food.
Potency and Repetition
Use either a 12C or 30C potency (strength) of the indicated remedy a few times per day, as needed. If a few doses bring no relief, try a different remedy.
Where to Buy Homeopathic Remedies
Homeopathic remedies can be bought at most health food stores, natural pharmacies, or online.
Precautions
Please note that this is not a complete list of homeopathic remedies for morning sickness. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult with a classical homeopath in your area.

There are a lot of Pied Pipers in the world - ( media,Mis.O, government, fashion designers, celebs, Martha, and Doctor Oz). They are playing their pipes as the Rats follow behind. They lead us to where it profits or suits them the most. Granted some may have the intention of trying to help but the point is people follow in an army of fashion.Withoutchecking all the facts for them selves. People should have their own minds. I pray not to be a Rat but believe we are all rodents at least.
